RETURN POLICY

Since Security Innovations, Inc. installs custom-designed security systems with direct input from the customer, we only accept returns/exchanges for defective equipment. If your equipment is defective, please contact Security Innovations, Inc. at (434) 806-6469 with details of your defective equipment. We will schedule a service call to examine the equipment and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that your system is working at full capacity.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Security Innovations, Inc., we work closely with our customers from system design through installation and training. Upon contract acceptance by the customer, Security Innovations, Inc. will contact the customer by telephone to set up a mutually-agreed upon time for installation of equipment or set up of services. If at any time, you, the customer, have questions about your system, be it a question about usage or equipment malfunction, please call (434) 806-6469 to discuss your concerns. We are happy to help troubleshoot your system over the telephone or schedule a service call to ensure proper functionality of your system. We are responsive to your needs, any time of the day or night.
